Welcome to the heartbeat of West Palm Beach’s tech scene: your monthly haven for start-up founders, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and tech leaders, on a mission to ignite, build, and strengthen the West Palm Beach tech community.
About our happy hour.
Join us on the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Top of the Rox rooftop for an evening filled with networking, collaboration, business building, and opportunities. It’s the perfect setting for like-minded tech enthusiasts to meet, connect, and forge valuable relationships.

Who should attend?
The West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour is a monthly meetup for the tech community, open to start-up founders, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and tech leaders.
Join us for drinks, food, and networking in West Palm Beach (non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available).
The mission is to gather everyone in tech to network, build community, have a drink, eat some food, and support each other.
It’s the perfect time to practice your pitch, find a co-founder, partner, mentor, investor, employer, or employees.
What should I expect?
You can expect to be greeted by one of our volunteers, you’ll be given the opportunity to make a name tag and register for our directory as well as any giveaways being promoted that night.
There is a light agenda with a 5-minute welcome on the microphone by the event hosts and any sponsors of the night, otherwise the night is mainly focused on networking and casual conversation.
The bar is extending their happy hour menu and pricing for our event until 8:30 pm.

She understands the value of community building and the importance of expanding your business network, inspiring her to launch the West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour and organize it with her co-host Shad.

Joe Russo founded the Palm Beach Tech Association, which grew into South Florida Tech Hub, and has spent years helping build the region’s tech community. He is the founder of Midnight, a home-security startup that verifies threats and gets useful information to emergency services, and previously led an AI product team at RapidSOS. Joe joined the West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour team in 2026.
